Hi Everyone, We are entering the final few days of construction work, with the contractors on schedule to hand over the keys to Leicester’s Hospitals on Monday 6 March! Work on the build started in 2015 so as the opening approaches it is a very exciting time for everyone involved. Above: The new ambulance bay. When the building work has finished we will start training and begin to familiarise our staff to their new working environment. Lots of work is going on behind the scenes to make sure that everyone knows what they are doing and where everything is so that they can begin treating patients on Wednesday 26th April.
