Yet more steel has arrived on site this week, as the outline for our new Emergency Floor gets bigger. The pre-cast floors. supported by the steel work, are creating the frame for the new build. Did you know... everyday, around 3,355 patients will come to our hospitals to attend an outpatient clinic. 

Another milestone of progress with our new Emergency Department has been reached this week as the steel frames for the new building have started to be put into the ground... Did you know... when our new multi-storey car park is open, there will be 600 spaces available in the Havelock Street car park.

As we begin the year, we start to see our new emergency floor take shape at the Royal Infirmary. Groundwork on the site have been ongoing, and steel will be coming on site soon, which will provide the outline for the actual building.    Did you know... everyday, our imaging team scan 2,200 patients.
